The SanArena Rescue School is a foundation of the Zürcher Kantonalbank.
For over 49 years, we have been equipping people with the knowledge and practical skills they need to act competently and safely in emergency situations. During this time, more than 447'631 people have completed our training courses in emergency response and first aid.
With approximately 10'000 participants annually in our courses, training sessions, and programs, we stand for many years of experience, high-quality training, and a consistent focus on practical application. Our goal is to empower people to take responsibility at the critical moment and save lives.

At our headquarters in Zurich, we have state-of-the-art teaching materials and an innovative infrastructure in a central location.

Team
About 40 part-time instructors are involved with the SanArena Emergency Medical Training School. They are currently working as emergency medical technicians or as experts in intensive care, anesthesia, or emergency care, which allows them to incorporate their real-world experience into their teaching.
